Prior to attending this meeting I invited residents to send me questions so I could responses from officers. I duly passed on these comments and I was angered by the response I received.

Sorry in my delay in responding. There are a number of questions that will require further work before being able to provide a answer. I will aim to provide an update in 4 weeks.

I sent my initial questions on the 29th October 2020 so by my reckoning officers will reply in 6 weeks!

I have made it clear to the acting head of paid service at the Council that this time frame is simply not acceptable and she has assured me she will 'bump up' the priority to my questions.

So watch this space!

For those unfamiliar the policy, which it seems some Councillors are,
